We deliver during two windows: 12–2pm and 6:30–10:30pm daily. Orders must be placed before the cutoff time for each slot. You can select your preferred delivery window at checkout.

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders above $150. For orders under $150, a delivery fee will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location in Singapore.

Some of our bento boxes allow you to choose between raw or aburi (torched) sushi preparation. You can also add special requests in the text box on the product page, and our chefs will do their best to accommodate them.

All our bento boxes are best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery. If you need to wait, please refrigerate your bento and consume it within a few hours for the best quality. Sushi items are especially best enjoyed promptly.
