Generous slices of fresh salmon sashimi are layered to form a beautiful bright orange salmon canvas top. The sushi rice is gently flavoured with white sesame, mentaiko, cooked salmon flake, salmon furikake and roasted seaweed. In the middle of the cake, generous filling of pink pickles, avocado and crab meat and avocado form a classic intersection to the cake almost reminiscent of a good maki sushi roll.
